Swapping out the old attachment/connector with this new one was a breeze, and it all (this kit, steel hitches, old Burley) fit together perfectly for use with our disc brake bikes.FYI You only need one steel hitch per bike, but having one on each bike you may want to attach the Burley to means you can take turns pulling the kids. I’m going to buy a couple more hitches and put them on caliper brake bikes (which can actually use the old attachment assembly) simply because this new attachment system is so easy to manage. Also, once you swap out the old attachment assembly with this new kit, which is screwed through the long bar between the Burley and the bike and not really meant to be swapped back & forth, you must have a hitch on the bike to which you’re going to attach the Burley.One tip: If you have the stroller wheel kit/attachment, KEEP the old black part on the tube; it’s what the stroller wheel attaches to.
