Model Number	I paddleboard at least 3 times a week and living on island allows to me bike everywhere. This product was perfect for me because it allowed me to combine both. I was really excited when I got this product. It worked great and I used the heck out of it. It tows smoothly and really made transporting my SUP a breeze. I bought this product in March 2018 and today I was heading out the beach towing my SUP and the wheele had a catastrophic break. You can see from the first picture how the rear axel is supposed to sit. The metal completely peeled away from the welding joint and I had to walk my bike home. I have never overloaded this system either, the board is a jimmy lewis curise control and all I have in the underneath carriage is my wetsuit, towel and lease. I would have easily given this product a 5 star rating had this not happened. I am going to contact the company directly and find out how they will correct this. I will update this post with regards to their customer service.UPDATE 12/18/1018After contacting the manufacturer directly they responded within a day by email. They told me this has happened more than once with their product. They send me a replacement part with a new welded bracket to increase the strength. You can see the by the last picture the difference in part design. I would love to give this product 5 stars. It runs incredibly well and I was impressed with the customer service. But due to the breakage I have to keep it at 4 stars. If you are going to buy this product, find out if it has the reinforced welds at the back. If it does, buy it, you won’t regret it.
