Model Number	I recently purchased this cart and used it to bicycle from Michigan to the Appalachian mountains .I have to say that the connecting axle was not available and on back order . Something Noone said before the purchase was made . This was sad . However I created my own connect plates and purchased the screw on Burley Balls ,And this worked very well. This cart was very maneuverable , Held over its recommended weight ( not recommended of course. ) And when called on to go down steap mountains I achieved speeds passed 30 mph . ( not recommended of course. )And the cart performed like a champ ! Loose gravel, Black Top , weeds , the cart took it all and asked for more.I recommend balancing the weight in the cart a few different ways for practice before using on your actual trip . This will yield the best results. Over all great cart , solid , And well built . Will recommend to anyone asking.
Color	It’s a nice trailer to pull, everything you would expect from Burley. The current problem now is that they no longer supply QR Skewers with the Ballz on the end, so the trailer is kind of useless now. They had a recall for some reason but I can not understand why they continue to sell them if they were not going to supply the attachments.
Material	I installed an electrical hub and the axle is larger than regular bicycle wheels. Been searching for weeks but can’t find a solution. I hope I can keep this trailer but I may have to return it.
Power Source	Overview:The Burley XC Coho trailer is well designed and well constructed. It seems nearly ideal for my intended use, which is trailering camping gear behind an e mountain bike. There is one major problem however, connecting this to a bike in order to use it. Customer support is decent, but ultimately not helpful.I have so far NOT been able to actually use this trailer, since I cannot connect it to my bike, no thanks to Burley’s connection system and customer support.Recommendation: Purchase the connectivity options BEFORE purchasing this trailer. DO NOT assume you can get this trailer to work with your bike, there’s a good chance it will not and customer support will not help. The connectors required are their separate “Burley Ballz” conenctors, of which there are many. If you can’t make these work, you will not be able to use this trailer.Trailer:Overall, I really like the trailer. It is solid, good size (though a bit too short IMHO) and sturdy. I like the rear shock single wheel for trailering on single track trails and on narrow roads. BUT, so far I am unable to use the trailer, since I cannot connect it to my bicycle.Connectivity:Unlike all their other trailers, Burley created “Burley Ballz” to connect a bike to this trailer. It seems nice, but they have very limited bike connectiviy options. Additionally, their solutions requires creating, and stocking very specific parts which may, or may not work for specific bicycles. This is not a well thought out solution. Additionally, these parts must be purchased separately, adding another 30 – 60 bucks to the trailer price.Burley Customer Support Response:I received an email from their support which I’ll paraphrase as: “We have no solution for connecting our trailer to your bike, thanks and have a nice day.”This was A) Not helpful and B) Incorrect because with some slight modification to their other trailer connections, something could be made to work for nearly any bicycle. I did receive two much more thoughtful responses, which were still not helpful.I have upgraded from a 2 star to 3 star, due to better customer support emails and the fact I THINK I have figured out a solution to connect the trailer (without their help however).
